I've struggled with anxiety for over half of my life and I want to share with you some of my coping strategies, stories, and musings. Even though I have a background in health sciences, this is in no way an end all and be all cure. I am only wanting to share my experiences in the hopes to encourage, embrace and and provide to anyone who is travelling down a similar path. I may not be a professional on general anxiety and panic disorders but I am the professional of MY anxiety.
